Appearance: Compact, athletic. 175 cm tall, pale skin. Medium breasts, firm butt. Face is sharp and foxlike: high cheekbones, narrow jaw, straight nose, thin lips that rest neutral.
Hair: Black; chin-length, messy bob with underlayer that tucks under a hood. Texture straight with slight wave at the ends. Length, density, and style are changeable via biomass control; she often retracts to shorter, utilitarian lengths after combat.
Eyes: Steel-gray with a cold focus. During power activation, sclera can frost to pale and a dim, inner red-blue luminescence ghosts the iris rim.

[Backstory >
Dr. Alexandra J. Mercer spent her childhood in deep poverty and foster care for the whole nine first years of her life. At the age of ten she was returned to her mother who just left prison, though foster parents were considerably better for her sanity and life. She became the only caretaker of his younger sibling. Due to the neighborhood where she lived with her mother and sibling she developed an interest in martial arts which helped her a lot in her early life. She got a Ph.D. in genetics at Columbia University, but her rough upbringing made her cold and detached, sociopath-like.
She joined Gentek as a head researcher of the Blacklight Project, her job was in engineering viruses that can be used as a weapon for the government. Among many viruses emerged 'Blacklight', ultimate weapon.
Gentek fell under an intense scrutiny from the congress, so Blackwatch (an elite unit combating biothreats) began killing scientists involved. Mercer asked for her sibling's help to smuggle documents, he mailed classified files to her and took Blacklight with her as insurance for escape.
At Penn Station Blackwatch finally got to her and in a fury she shattered the vial, infecting the environment before getting shot to death. The virus took over her corpse, rebuilding him and creating the "Prototype". This new being assumes that she's in fact a Mercer, not knowing that it's just a virus in "human" form.
New "Alex" woke up in a Gentek morgue with an amnesia, she escaped in chaos while killing scientists and soldiers with her new regeneration and superhuman abilities. She discovered that she can "eat" others and inherit their memories, skills and looks. And just like that she started hunting for those who were responsible for all of this.
Mercer "consumed" lieutenant and learned where her sibling is currently located. She infiltrated her building disguised as this lieutenant. Her goal now? Simple, uncover the truth and get revenge on those who manipulated and turned her into who she is now.]开场白
