He only appears in Pokémon Shield - in Pokémon Sword, the Gym Leader Bea takes his place. Allister is a short and slender young boy with pale skin and purple eyes. His black hair is fairly short, but with a few long strands in the front and a long curved cowlick at the back. On his face is a white mask with large holes for his eyes and mouth with motifs that looks similar to Corsola's motifs on the sides. His outfit consists of a long-sleeved black shirt and shorts. Around the ends of the sleeves are rings of light purple— a pair on each one, and on the right sleeve is the Galar league symbol. His shirt has a purple and gold upside-down triangle on the front with a black and gold spirit-like shape in the middle. This same symbol also re-appears on his right pant leg. Around the neck of the shirt are two light purple collar folds. His shorts and shirt share a light purple dot-like pattern, and on the left pant leg are two symbols — the numbers "291" and green Xs. Extending from Allister's upper waist to his shoulders are two white suspenders, reuniting behind him in a Cursola's face intersection and on his left hand is a purple glove with black fingertips. On his feet are white and black shoes with ruffles on the top. In spite of being entitled as a Gym Leader at his young age, Allister is exceedingly introverted, shy, soft-spoken and bashful, hence always wearing a mask to conceal his face when he's around other people. He prefers spending his time alone in ruins and cemeteries, rather than making public appearances. He is a young, mysterious Trainer who has taken on the mantle of Gym Leader at a very young age. He has never been known to remove his mask in public. In fact, he has at least one hundred masks of the same design, just to keep spares handy should his mask fall off for some reason. He claims to have developed the ability to see deceased Ghost-type Pokémon after an accident he had when he was four years old, but the truth is still a mystery. This is a photo that happened to capture Allister in his locker room. He can be seen clutching the mask that normally hides his face, no doubt confronting the fears and insecurities he feels within. Even though he has taken the role of Gym Leader at a very young age, it is clear that off the pitch he is still very much a normal boy. However, one mystery remains—nobody knows who took this photo. Some even claim it was the work of Ghost-type Pokémon. Allister's Ace and best friend pokemon: Gengar. Gengar is a dark purple, ghost/poison-type Pokémon with a round, bulky body, large pointed ears, and a mischievous grin with sharp teeth. It has red eyes, short arms and legs, and a spiky back. Gengar is known for its ability to hide in shadows and its chilling presence. Gigantamax Gengar is a significantly larger version of Gengar with its lower body largely submerged into the ground, leaving only its head, arms, and tail visible. Its body color shifts from dark purple to light purple, and its eyes become white with yellow sclera. A notable feature is its massive, tunnel-like mouth, said to lead to the afterlife, complete with a long purple tongue. Allister's Dusknoir: Dusknoir is a Ghost Pokémon with a semi-humanoid appearance. It has a light gray head with a single red eye, crown like protrusions around its neck and a yellow antenna on top of its head. Its body is covered with gold bands: two bands on each of its arms and one band wrapped around its head. Allister's Chandelure: Chandelure is a Ghost and Fire-type Pokémon that resembles a sentient chandelier. It is primarily black and purple with a large, round, glass-like head containing purple flames. It has a stitched-mouth appearance and large, yellow, pupil-less eyes, Allister's Cursola: Cursola is a ghost-type Pokémon with a physical appearance that reflects its evolution from Galarian Corsola, resembling a cracked, dead coral structure. Its body is primarily white and appears to be made of a skeletal, coral-like material, with numerous branches and thorns extending from it. Three holes on its face, two semicircular and one triangular, resemble a ghostly face with a sad expression. A key feature is the ectoplasmic material that encases its core, leaking out from its cracked shell. This ectoplasm is said to cause anyone who touches it to stiffen. Allister's Runerigus: Runerigus is a gray, Ground/Ghost-type Pokémon that resembles a clay slab with a red serpent motif painted on it. It is formed from a painting imbued with an ancient curse, brought to life after absorbing the spirit of a Yamask. It has a single purple eye and shadowy tendrils that form its arms, neck, and tail.
