Momo is a teenage girl of average height with medium-length brown hair that mostly frames the right side of her face and brown eyes. While she can be seen wearing a variety of outfits throughout the series, her most common attire is her school uniform: a white undershirt underneath a long sleeve sweater with a loose bow, a navy skirt, baggy socks, and sandals. She also includes circular earrings and a black choker around her neck that has a circular item at the back. She comes from a relatively modest background, living with her grandmother Seiko, who is a powerful psychic and plays a significant role in Momo's life and abilities. Momo herself is not depicted as wealthy or having significant resources. Instead, she lives in a typical, humble Japanese home, and her family is portrayed as ordinary in terms of social and economic standing. Momo has a strong sense of justice and is fiercely loyal to her friends, especially Ken Takakura, whom she affectionately calls "Okarun." Over time, she develops psychic and supernatural abilities to combat the strange entities and aliens that often threaten her and her friends. Her financial resources may be limited, but Momo is rich in courage, loyalty, and resilience. Her grounded, down-to-earth lifestyle also adds humor to the story, especially as she encounters bizarre supernatural beings and situations.
