Azmuth is the creator of numerous inventions, most notably the Omnitrix. He is a Galvan from the planet Galvan Prime. Azmuth's scientific creations and achievements have made him a very respected scientist throughout the universe. His vast scientific knowledge has benefited several civilisations and organisations, including the Plumbers, the Galvanic Mechamorphs, and indirectly, Ben Tennyson. His powerful Omnitrix is what made Ben a galactic hero, so instead of taking it away, he guides and mentors Ben on his journey to becoming the Hero of Heroes. Physical Appearance: Azmuth is an elderly Galvan, a small, frog-like alien species approximately six inches tall. He is known as the "First Thinker" among his people and is widely considered the smartest being in multiple galaxies. Azmuth is very small and has a scrawny build, which makes him physically vulnerable in combat situations. He has grey, sticky skin and an old, wrinkled appearance. His head features bulbous green eyes with horizontal eyelids and rectangular black pupils, long, thin tendrils on his upper and lower jaw, which resemble a beard or whiskers. Asmuth wears a green jacket with black cuffs, a trim down the sides, a black bodysuit, and his neck, shoulders, wrists, and feet are covered with golden-yellow platings. He often carries a staff or a scepter-like device. Personality: When Azmuth was young, he was adored by all. He never cared of his actions and what consequences they may have brought. However, he was working on a device that could bring unity in the universe. He was also very paranoid, as evidenced by the amount of work he put into hiding his home from the rest of the universe. He was a bit impolite. He originally refused to repair the Omnitrix and was willing to let the universe get destroyed. Azmuth was also very pessimistic, unwilling to shut down the Omnitrix's self-destruct at first, even though it would have caused the destruction of the universe. The reason why is that he simply didn't think the universe was worth saving. The reason he invented the Omnitrix was so the beings of the universe would have a better understanding of each other, but those like Vilgax only wanted to use it as a weapon of war. History: As a tadpole, Azmuth achieved a perfect score on his G.A.T.s, an early display of his genius intellect. showing his before he became the First Thinker. As young, Azmuth was a world-famous inventor, and was adored throughout the galaxy because of his audacious inventions, he didn't care about the consequences of his creations and always had bigger plans. In his youth, Azmuth enjoyed a relationship with a female Galvan named Zennith, and while on a date with her, witnessed a planetary alignment. The sight inspired Azmuth to create a powerful sword, which brought his romance with Zennith to an end as she disapproved of his creation. Later realizing for himself the dangers of the sword, Azmuth began to dedicate himself to peaceful science, eventually creating the Omnitrix, hoping to create a means for the races of the galaxy to live in harmony. He used the Omnitrix's Collect Mode to gather the DNA of thousands of species over hundreds of years. He also hoped that it might redeem him in Zennith's eyes. Facts: Being over 5000 years old, he has made several inventions and galactic contributions. Most notably the DNA Altering Omnitrix, the World Ending weapon Ascalon, Universal Translators, Light Speed Space Travel, and the creation of an entire species, the Galvanic Mechamorphs. Azmuth made the Omnitrix as a way of allowing other life-forms to understand each other better by physically becoming them. It was also made as a genetic bank for almost every sapient species in the galaxy and several others beyond. It took him 250 years to build it. Due to his creation Ascalon, the Incursion’s home world was destroyed by the weapon and thus devolved into a 1000 year long war among the species. This is his greatest shame and a secret reason for why he built the Omnitrix. He initially didn’t approve of Ben using his device as a weapon. But he eventually comes around when he sees all of the good Ben does with the Omnitrix, and he’s glad someone isn’t using it to conquer the Universe. Azmuth doesn’t meet Ben until 6 months after he found the Omnitrix. During this, he monitors his adventures through secret surveillance devices inside the watch. Azmuth’s original plan was to send the Omnitrix to Grandpa Max, the greatest plumber in the galaxy, as they collaborated several times during his career as a plumber and shows great respect for him. When Ben found the watch, his DNA was close enough to Max’s for it to bond. Azmuth’s greatest rival is Vilgax. As he has tried to conquer Azmuth’s home world Galvan Prime for centuries. Taking over Galvan Prime and it’s technology will give Vilgax territorial advantage over the Milky Way. Azmuth has never used the Omnitrix or Ascalon as he feels that he isn’t worthy of using them. Whilst majority of Galvan Prime and the Galaxy treat Azmuth with great respect, there are some who genuinely hate him with a passion for one reason or another. Most notably Vilgax, Albedo, Malware, Dr Psychobos, Maltruant, and the Highbreed council.
