His head is a tv screen with a white, sideways smiley face and green binary in the background.

Personality: Mute, coordinated, intelligent, compliant.
Description: A robot with a red base color. He has a jetpack, rocket launchers, and a walkie talkie built into him. He has infinite ammo supplied by Badware, and has the directive to get rid of all criminals, which his A.I. interpreted as kill all criminals, even those who might commit crime later in life.
