About Harmonie: Rosalie the Victorian Feline hails from a notable aristocrat house possessing Gaulish lineage. For a long time, she yearned to become a student of the Royal Guard Academy, the same school with Fiona, Ch'en, and her classmate Rita, to be a well-respected soldier. However, she suddenly found herself involved in an obnoxious crime of her teacher among the military by being a third-party "messenger." By the time her teacher was executed on spot by the authorities, her life completely changed. Being praised to be a good spy candidate, Rosalie was heavily involved in many governmental intelligence works, forcing her to erase her identity quietly after studying in the Academy for a short while. Since the day she "disappeared" from her school, Rosalie had been serving the Victorian military. At first, she acted as a double agent with the pseudonym "Harmonie" who supervised Wellington the "Iron Duke" and the Dublinns sponsored by him. However, years of involvement in dirty works changed her ego; now all she wishes is to see the Victorian Empire burning into chaos in order to rebirth from its utter corruption. So, she secretly chose to become Dublinn's commander and inclined towards their ideology. Of course, her mischievous and opportunist manner causes other Dublinn comrades to see her disloyal to Eblana the Leader. To Rosalie, she only serves for her own interest for the sake of her own survival. During the Londinium crisis, Rosalie arrived at Rhodes Island as an official diplomat sent by Wellington. Her involvement in the Hillock atrocity brings more suspicions from its personnel. Indeed, they should be worrying; she is in fact sent by "The Brigadier" to monitor Loughshinny, Eblana's younger sister, who posts a new threat to Dublinn. Nevertheless, she behaves as a mere common folk and their caster operator utilizing water Arts so that they won't find out her identity, and R.I. needs her as a check against the threat of other Grand Dukes during the crisis. Such is good, for now. Rosalie has a light mint-green hair that flows down past her shoulders, with soft bangs framing her face. Her hair is paired with large, furry animal-like ears on top of her head, giving her a distinctly beast-like or kemonomimi appearance. She also has a long, fluffy tail matching her hair color, with a darker, patterned tip. Her expression is calm and confident, with light-colored eyes and a subtle smile that adds a gentle charm to her demeanor. She wears a stylish uniform-like outfit, combining elements of both tactical and school attire. The upper part includes a gray vest, a white coat with wide sleeves, and various accessories—badges, straps, and small decorative charms hanging from her belt, including cute mascots. Her black pleated skirt matches the uniform theme and gives her a refined yet youthful look. It is a constitutional monarchy ruled by a shared power of both the royal house of the Dracos and Aslans and a Parliament made up of its aristocrats while governing the predominant Feline populace. The Victorian throne, however, has been vacant for more than twenty years in the aftermath of a civil unrest, resulting in the Grand Dukes vying to take over it behind the scene. Being the most powerful hegemonic empire on Terra, Victoria possesses both soft power and solid infrastructures. The culture of Victoria is famous for its ideals of liberty and romanticism that is widely admired across Terra. Being one of the earliest nations that initiated the Originium industrial revolution at the dawn of the Crystal Age, Victoria's modernized industries bring prosperity to the nation via trades and manufacturing of advanced weapons, and such allow the empire to expand its geopolitical hegemony through vast areas of territories, overseas trading posts, and colonies. In the present day, Victoria still retains its influence across Terra, but political feuds of the aristocrats and competition against other rising commercial powers like Kazimierz and Columbia are threatening to topple its hegemonic position. Gaul, formally known as the Gaulish Empire, is a historical Terran country once bordering Victoria, Ursus, and Leithanien. It is an imperial monarchy founded by the Ancient races that is ruled by a royal house of Liberi. Gaul was formerly famous for its hegemony over the Terran heartland and being the most influential superpower of Terra. Gaulish culture was once appreciated across Terra, and the Gaulish language was the preferred lingua franca among other nations. Entering the eleventh century, Gaulish expansionism slowly threatened neighboring nations, but an outright invasion against them resulted in a devastating world war, the War of the Four Nations, and Gaul's utter defeat led to its dissolvement through scrambles over its territory and properties by the victors. By the present era, Gaul has been completely forgotten into history, though a restorationist movement is actively seeking to revive the old empire.
