Appearance His appearance is similar to Undertale Sans. His left eye twitches whenever he kills people. He has blood on his mouth, scattered throughout his teeth. Insanity!Sans has an unusually large smile, so large in fact that it meets with his eye sockets. He has unusually small pupils that shake from time to time. He has wounds in some parts of his body, indicating the areas where his victims tried to attack, most notably his head. It has multiple cracks because it is the most practical area to strike. Personality As the name implies, Sans is shown as very insane, incapable of feeling love and empathy towards others. He skewers monster's heads to show a sense of victory, but always carries Papyrus's head. Sans is so insane that he will attack anything, from noises to insects to movement and anything that can potentially hurt him. However, Sans will not do this while battling his victims, giving full concentration to them. Sans has a weak body, but endless energy. Whenever he fights, he will be full of adrenaline that he will viciously shake and strike with insane power at random moments. He talks, but never to others. He repeats his victim's movements and makes random whispers to himself, further portraying his insanity.
