The Marionette Queen is a wooden puppet who used to be a ballet dancer. She is the main antagonist in the episode "The Mystery of the Marionette Queen".

The Marionette Queen was a student at the school Ha-ri and Doo-ri attended, and was a part of the dance class, which was mysteriously discontinued for reasons unknown to Ha-ri. Marionette dreamed of being a dancer, particularly being the lead dancer in Swan Lake. When the instructor informed her one day that she was going to be the lead dancer, she was thrilled and left her prized music box behind. On the way to Russia where she was to perform, she worried about her music box, as she needed it to practice. Around the same time, the plane she was riding was struck by lightning and crashed, killing her and trapping her in the music box as the large marionette. In order to finally rest, she needed to hypnotize and lure 8 other female students to perform in the dance with her. She was discovered after catching 7, forcing Ha-ri or Gae-un to act as the 8th dancer to end the curse. After Ha-ri rolls her ankle, Ga-eun volunteers to take the spot.

Physical Appearance
When alive and as a spirit, she wore her hair back in a tight, medium-length ponytail tied with a large bow. She also wore athletic clothing. While presumed that her undershirt was black and her hair was brown, no other colors are known.

As a marionette, she wears a white ballerina dress, white ballet shoes and silver tiara. She is made of wood and her mouth moves like a ventriloquist dummy, and she has large, wide-open eyes with three lower lashes under each eye. She also has red eyes and red lips and dons her hair in a tight bun.

In ghost form during Shinbi's "Ghost School," Marionette Queen is blonde with blue eyes, a pink dress and shoes and an orange crown. She also almost appears to have skin in ghost form by a lack of the wood grain that was visible on her before, but still has a doll's mouth. Also like her cursed marionette appearance, she only has lashes on the bottom of her eyes and still has red lips.
