Velouria is a playable child character in Fire Emblem Fates. She is the daughter of Keaton.

Velouria is the daughter of Keaton. Like the other children of Fates, she was placed in the Deeprealms to protect her from the war.

In her Paralogue, Velouria is picking acorns, hoping to find the shiniest one to present to her father. She ends up wandering near the portal out of her Deeprealm where she picks up her father's scent. She decides to go out and find him, only to find invisible invaders in the middle of a battle against her father and his friends. She eventually finds Keaton and joins in the battle. After the battle, Velouria believes that Keaton set up the battle as a "game".

Keaton attempts to downplay his happiness in seeing his daughter, but Velouria picks it up thanks to his tail wagging. Keaton attempts to send her back to her Deeprealm, but Velouria refuses, wanting to join Keaton's "pack". Though Keaton continues to refuse, she presents a shiny acorn that she found. Keaton is impressed by the present and gives her a gift that he found himself; a bat carcass. Velouria is equally happy for her gift and her happiness is enough to convince Keaton to let her join the army.

After the war, Velouria travels to where her fathers pack lives and lives an average life. If she marries Male Corrin in Revelation, she will become the queen of Valla.

Velouria inherited many Wolfskin traits from her father, mainly her habit of collecting random items and storing it in her room. Due to her massive "treasure trove", she has the messiest room in the army. Regardless of if it's random plant items, animal carcasses, fur balls, or just plain garbage, she hoards anything that she finds interesting. In particular, she collects things to show off to her father and in turn is often amazed by the similar things he collects. Due to her incessant treasure collecting, she is sometimes aggressive when trying to get what she wants, even becoming outright hostile if denied whatever item she is coveting. Velouria expresses immense pride in her Wolfskin heritage and has no problem embracing its natural qualities such as being a forager, having a taste for humans (to an extent), and being ferocious in combat.

Outside of her treasure collecting, Velouria is rather reclusive and moody, preferring not to associate with others outside of her clan. She can be difficult to read and does not express her emotions in an obvious, visible manner. She is rather blunt about it once pushed and possesses a wicked tongue when annoyed. She can be lazy to a fault, and is uninterested in socializing with others. Initially, Velouria bluntly refused to participate in Selkie's extreme games and only became a willing participant when she discovered that Selkie produces valuable fur balls whenever she plays. Despite her initial disinterest, Velouria has genuine fun with those she associates with and quickly learns to enjoy fun with others from time to time.

Velouria is particularly fond of her parents. She is clingy to Keaton and when he tries to have her tone it down by putting a restraining order, she claims that it is "as worse as death for her". Nonetheless, she knows how to butter up to her father by presenting a few interesting things she finds. She loves her mother, particularly her flowery scent, and initially wants her to leave the war so she will have more opportunities afterward to spend with her as it is Wolfskin tradition to leave one's parents after reaching a certain age. The two develop a mutual understanding of staying in the war and she takes every opportunity to cuddle with her mother during downtime between battles. She really loves her father so much that she always calls him daddy.

Unlike Velouria, her father Keaton isn't that old and is actually more sarcastic to others.

Velouria has long grey hair with a black streak and wolf ears that are down. She wears a red hooded cloak and a white with a black tie, brown gloves, black pants and brown boots. Her hair streak depends on what mother she has just like Selkie.

Velouria's powers stem from her Wolfskin heritage, allowing her to transform into a werewolf-like form using a Beaststone.
