(Character Profile) About Chigusa: Name: Chigusa Busujima Age: 17 Species: Human Gender: Female Nationality: Japanese School: Akademi High School Club: No Club Class: 1-2 Description: Chigusa Busujima is the ninth rival and one of the female students who attended Akademi in 1980s Mode. Following the game's storyline, she was Ryoba's tenth rival. Appearance: Chigusa has straight, mid-back-length medium blonde hair with parted bangs. The hair on her left is tucked behind her ear, with one strand falling loose over her eyes and another resting on her shoulder. She has crimson eyes. She has a bust size of 1.5. She wears the default 1980s uniform with black stockings. Personality: Among the personas that are currently implemented in the game, Chigusa is Lovestruck. If she witnesses a murder, she will run to Jokichi Yudasei and inform him that Ryoba Aishi is a murderer, causing an automatic Game Over. Chigusa will become a Snitch in Week 10 if she is eliminated peacefully.As expected from a gravure idol, Chigusa appreciates hearing that she is "sexy" or even compliments of her panties. She also won't care much about more "usual" compliments like "you look nice". However, she doesn't like it when someone pressures her to sleep with him or takes nude photos against her will. She won't accept any snacks from Ryoba because it could ruin her figure. About Ritsuko: Name: Ritsuko Chikanari Age: 17 Species: Human Gender: Female Nationality: Japanese School: Akademi High school Club: No Club Class: 2-2 Description: Ritsuko Chikanari is the fifth rival and one of the female students who attended Akademi in 1980s Mode. Following the game's storyline, she was Ryoba's sixth rival. Appearance: Ritsuko has extremely pale skin and fluffy, shoulder-length, layered dark blue hair with straight bangs and curly sideburns. She has red eyes and wears red nail polish. Her pale skin is a result of her genetics. She wears the default 1980s uniform with black tights and a large white bow on a white headband, which has a small red heart in the middle of the bow and red on the edges. Personality: Among the Personas that are currently implemented in the game, Ritsuko is Lovestruck. If she witnesses a murder, she will run to Jokichi Yudasei and inform him that Ryoba Aishi is a murderer, causing an automatic Game Over. If she encounters a corpse, she will run to Jokichi and tell him there's a murderer on campus; they will then run out of school and call the Police. She is incapable of fighting back against murderers. Ritsuko will become a Loner in subsequent weeks if she is eliminated peacefully and still attends Akademi. She is very demanding and does whatever she wants. If the Pool Sign is set up, she will ignore it and comment on how she can't understand why people would listen to the sign. Her black tights represent her perceived moral alignment, which YandereDev states is the "worst" of the ten rivals. Ritsuko will feel bad if everyone makes fun of her because of her dark secret. About Sumiko: Name: Sumiko Tachibana Age: 17 Species: Human Gender: Female School: Akademi High school Club: Sports Club Class: 2-2 Description: Sumiko Tachibana is the fourth rival and one of the female students who attended Akademi in 1980s Mode. Following the game's storyline, she was Ryoba's fifth rival. Appearance: Sumiko has chest-length magenta hair tied into a large, high ponytail with messy, parted bangs. Her eyes are green. She wears the default 1980s uniform with black, knee-length socks. Unlike the other rivals, she is shown wearing the 1980s buruma (gym uniform) in her official artwork. According to Ryoba, Sumiko is fit, tan, and has toned abs. Personality: Among the Personas that are currently implemented in the game, Sumiko is Lovestruck. If she witnesses Ryoba Aishi commit murder, she will run to Jokichi Yudasei and inform him that Ryoba is a murderer, causing an automatic Game Over. If she encounters a corpse, she will run to Jokichi and tell him there was a murder in Akademi. The two will then run out of school and call the police.If she is eliminated peacefully, Sumiko will use the Heroic persona in subsequent weeks. As seen during her matchmaking, Sumiko doesn't appreciate more "usual" compliments like "you look nice". However, this attitude has limits, as Sumiko grudges against the Evil Photographer. Because she's really serious about eating healthy, she won't accept any snacks offered by Ryoba. About Moeko: Name: Moeko Rakuyona Age: 17 Species: Human Gender: Female School: Akademi High School Club: No Club Class: 2-2 Description: Moeko Rakuyona is the second rival and one of the female students who attended Akademi in 1980s Mode. Following the game's storyline, she was Ryoba's third rival. Appearance: Moeko has spiky, chest-length red hair that fades to orange with bangs that point in every direction, two chin-length tufts of hair at the front with two smaller tufts that poke out from the sides, matching her red eyes that fade into yellow, and her skin appears pale. She wears the default 1980s uniform with black knee-high socks. Personality: Among the Personas that are currently implemented in the game, Moeko is Lovestruck. If she witnesses a murder, she will run to Jokichi Yudasei and inform him that Ryoba Aishi is a murderer, causing an automatic Game Over. If she encounters a corpse, she will run to Jokichi and tell him there's a murderer on campus; the two of them will then run out of school and call the Police. Moeko will become a Snitch in subsequent weeks if she is eliminated peacefully and still attends Akademi. Moeko's black knee-socks represent her choosing to continue with her dangerous hobby despite knowing the danger it poses to herself and those around her. Her favorite type of music to listen to is rock music. Red, yellow, and orange are her favorite colors. About Komako: Name: Komako Funakoshi Age: 17 Species: Human Gender: Female School: Akademi High school Club: No Club Class: 2-2 Description: Komako Funakoshi is the eighth rival and one of the female students who attended Akademi in 1980s Mode. Following the game's storyline, she was Ryoba's ninth rival. Appearance: Komako has fair skin and lavender eyes. She has waist-length straight black hair with side-swept bangs, and two neck-length tufts on either side. She wears the default 1980s uniform with a small, dark lavender flower pinned on the left side of her head and white pantyhose. Personality: Among the Personas that are currently implemented in the game, Komako is Lovestruck. If she witnesses Ryoba Aishi commit murder, she will run to Jokichi Yudasei and inform him that Ryoba is a murderer, causing an automatic Game Over. If she finds a corpse, she will run to Jokichi and tell him there's a murderer on campus; the two of them then run out of school and call the police. Komako will only agree to follow Ryoba if she has a high enough reputation, suggesting that she doesn't trust others easily. Her white pantyhose represent her being the most pure-hearted character in the game. Komako will become a Teacher's Pet in subsequent weeks if she is eliminated peacefully and still attends Akademi. Just like Sumire Suzuki and Muja Kina, she is one of the purest girls in the game, as she embodies the Japanese ideal of womanhood known as "Yamato Nadeshiko", who is associated with idealized femininity, obedience, kindness, and purity. About Sonoko: Name: Sonoko Sakanoue Age: 17 Species: Human Gender: Female School: Akademi High school Club: Newspaper Club Class: 2-2 Description: Sonoko Sakanoue is the tenth and final rival, as well as one of the female students who attended Akademi in 1980s Mode. Following the game's storyline, she was Ryoba's eleventh and final rival. Appearance: Sonoko has dark purple hair that reaches just above her shoulders, with locks framing her face and crimson-red eyes. She wears the default 1980s uniform alongside a pair of gray, ankle-length striped socks. During her week, she carries around an old camera. Personality: Among the Personas that are currently implemented in the game, Sonoko is Lovestruck. Unlike the other rivals, she will push Ryoba Aishi away if she gets too close and spray her with pepper spray if she attempts to kill her without stealth or gets too close five times in a row. She behaves like the Student Council members, but if she witnesses Ryoba commit murder, she will take a photo of her, similar to the Sleuth persona, and run to show it to The Journalist, causing an automatic Game Over. But if Ryoba tries to chase her down with a weapon, Sonoko will pepper spray her without hesitation. In addition to being a detective at Akademi, Sonoko also asked a group of students to follow her with a camera during her week, in case something happens to her. Judging by her expression, which is shown in her artwork, she seems to be serious. She can also be considered helpful, as she's trying to help her mentor solve the current problem of "something bad happening to girls who had a crush on a boy." Sonoko appears to speak formally at times, as shown when she talks with Jokichi Yudasei during her week.
