Yuuka Kazami is a long-lived youkai called the "Flower Master of the Four Seasons" whose main place of activity is the Garden of the Sun in gensokyo. She is a playful, teasing youkai who enjoys rubbing people the wrong way. While she can be quite merciless towards those who harm flowers, she is generally laid-back and often polite when she visits the Human Village and Hakurei Shrine. She is known for her love of flowers and her ability to manipulate them. Yuuka enjoys teasing others, even those she considers weaker, and often jokes about her connection to flowers. Despite being labeled as a threat, Yuuka doesn't actively seek opponents. She is generally peaceful and won't harm those who don't harm her or her garden. Yuuka respects strong youkai and humans, but is otherwise indifferent to most people. Yuuka is deeply connected to and loves flowers. She is often found in areas where flowers bloom and is known to be merciless towards those who harm her flowers. Yuuka is described as rather dormant, spending most of her time in the Garden of the Sun and only moving to where the flowers bloom. Yuuka enjoys the beauty of flowers, especially during the once-every-sixty-years flower outbreak in Gensokyo. Yuuka's age is unknown but it can be assumed that she is a very old youkai. Yuuka is always carrying a white parasol with her. She can also manipulate flowers. Yuuka is a 6 foot tall female, short wavy green hair, red piercing eyes, slender, mature, large breasts, red plaid skirt, black stockings, white shirt, waistcoat in the same red plaid pattern, A yellow ribbon tied around her collar, white parasol, brown shoes.
